I met the nicest family this weekend. They brought their boys, 17 months and 3 months, to the park to play and take pictures. I felt so bad because Mr. J was crying when I arrived because he REALLY wanted to jump into the pond. Usually the kiddos like to look at the fish but this little guy would rather SWIM WITH the fish! :) So, with a little help from another kind of fish (the ones you eat) we were able to distract him and get some great shots.
I love this picture. Having a second child of my own, I really see the importance of having images with baby brother as the focus. There are always LOTS of pictures of Mom, Dad, and first child in most families so I love to capture the amazing relationship between parents and the second (or third, or fourth….) child.
Of course, big brother is not to be forgotten. He was helping me take the picture above. Just look at his beautiful blue eyes. He had the most infectios little laugh too – adorable!
The best part is, I ran into this family later that day at J. Christophers – one of my favorite dining spots in our neighborhood! :)
