Monday Love

Another edition of Monday Love….

A quote: “Who’s coming to watch me today?”  Kylie James, 4 years old, on Sunday morning.

Something Personal: Yes, my Kylie Bear is full of quotable quotes these days.  Some funny, some silly, and some (like this one), heart-wrenching.  This is a difficult time of year for me because work is super-busy and my family time is the sacrifice.  I know it’s temporary and things will get back to normal in about 6-8 weeks (hopefully), but in the meantime, I’m riddled with guilt about not spending enough time with my kids.  Luckily, on that particular day (Sunday), NOBODY was coming over to watch my kids and I got to tell her that we were spending the day together as a family.  And it was awesome! :)

On another note, Lisa Phillipson gave me all of my session images and I am so, so, so, so HAPPY with all of them.  I can’t wait to get them printed and all over my house!  :)  Here are a couple more of my favorites!  The one on the right is the tickle-monster coming to get them! :)

Before & After: I got lots of comments from my last “before & after” images, so I thought I would share another one.  This is a great example of knowing what you can do in Photoshop with just a bit of color pop and sharpening.  I take pictures on these stairs a lot because I love the mood it creates once I create the urban look and crop it in a little closer.  LOVE it!  (Can you find what’s “missing” in the AFTER picture?)

A peek: Another little glimpse into the beautiful products I’m offering.  The new LoveStory Books!  This is 9×9 or 12×12, luxurious thick pages with single pictures or full spreads that can be displayed on an easel.  The cover is customized with your favorite image and you can have a name and/or date on the spine.  A true keepsake.

Happy Monday!!!
